Our story

Amp Rescue started with a simple idea: roadside help should feel easier.

We know most people do not call roadside assistance on a good day. They call because they are late, stuck, worried about traffic, sitting in a parking lot with a flat tire, locked out after errands, or watching an EV battery drop too low to reach the next charger. We built Amp Rescue for that exact moment.

We are local, mobile, and hands-on. Instead of treating every problem like a tow, we look for the practical fix at your location: install the spare, patch the tire when it is safe, bring fuel, jump the battery, unlock the vehicle, or provide mobile EV charging when the car cannot reach a station.

That local approach matters in the Triangle. A call from a driveway in Wake Forest is different from a parking deck in Raleigh, a shopping center in Cary, or a roadside stop near I-40. We ask for the location, vehicle details, and a quick description because the best roadside service starts with understanding the situation clearly.

We keep it direct

No vague dispatch runaround. We confirm where you are, what you drive, what happened, and whether mobile roadside service makes sense before the job is handled.

We solve what we can on site

A flat tire, dead battery, lockout, empty tank, or low EV charge does not always need a tow. The goal is to get you moving from where the vehicle sits when it is safe and practical.

We know the Triangle

Service is built around real Triangle driving: neighborhoods, commuter routes, parking lots, apartments, office parks, shopping centers, and the roads between Raleigh, Wake Forest, Durham, Cary, and nearby towns.
