Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic conditions for requesting and receiving roadside assistance from Amp Rescue.
By calling, texting, or submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate location, vehicle, and service details. Amp Rescue may decline or adjust service if a location is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside practical service conditions.
Typical arrival is 20-45 minutes depending on location and traffic. Arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, prior calls, safety conditions, or location access.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. Pricing and payment are handled before or at service completion based on the requested service.
Some tire damage, lockouts, battery issues, EV charging needs, or vehicle problems may require another provider, repair shop, or tow. Amp Rescue will provide practical guidance when mobile service is not the safe or correct solution.
